About Me

Hi, I’m Louise, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and coach passionate about enabling people to live a healthy and fulfilled life.

Working with clients on a one-to-one basis, I seek to understand the possible underlying imbalances in the body and create personalised recommendations that may include dietary advice, lifestyle advice and coaching to help restore and maintain health and wellbeing. Each of us is unique and therefore any programme or advice provided will be too.

My journey to become a Registered Nutritional Therapist began when I was searching for a holistic way to support my own mental health. Many resources hinted that the food we eat can affect our mood, so I worked with a nutritional therapist to make changes to my diet and the impact on me was huge. By making small changes I found my anxiety lessened and I had more energy.

However, changing what foods I ate was just the beginning as whilst it made me feel better physically, the way I felt about myself hadn’t changed. I completed an NLP Practitioner course to build upon the tools I already had as a coach and this empowered me to let go of the old self-limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck.

I work in an empathic and understanding way as I recognise that change can be difficult so if you are interested in working with me to transform your health and relationship with yourself then please contact me.
